We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our growing sales team who will be responsible for the development of business and lead generation.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team.
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
- Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect.

Manager – Quality Assurance
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparation, review, and approval of QA SOPs, user department SOPS as well as quality-related documents like Quality Manuals as per current and regulatory requirements.
- Work in close cooperation with teams to manage non-compliance, quality issues, and support in planning corrective/preventive actions, as applicable according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs.) Good experience in review and closure of change controls, incidents, deviations, investigation and CAPAs and any other quality documents
- Act as an internal auditor to conduct periodic internal audits and process audits.
- Periodic verification of Calibration and maintenance planners for all the instruments and equipment
- Verification of IQ/OQ/PQ documents for instruments and equipment
- To conduct Vendor Qualification audits.
- Provide support in planning corrective/preventive actions, and guidance for improvement.
- Provide assistance during audits and regulatory inspections to the teams to the extent agreed with the business lines, as required by the applicable SOP Audits
- Review of analytical characterization and audit trail in respective software.
- Review and release of COA for working standards Review of specifications, testing procedures, Protocols, reports.
- Implementing corrective/preventive measures
