Ribociclib-D6 is a deuterated form of the cancer medication Ribociclib, also known by its brand name Kisqali. This medication is used to treat advanced breast cancer, specifically hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HR+/HER2-) breast cancer. It works by blocking the activity of cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 (CDK4/6), which are enzymes that promote cell division and growth.
