Overview
"(-)-Corey Lactone Diol is an intermediate of Iloprost and shows inhibitory activity towards lactamase. Iloprost is a synthetic analogue of Prostacyclin (PGI2) used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), scleroderma, Raynaud's phenomenon and ischemia."
