We are committed to offer highest quality products that suit our customer needs and have very elaborate systems to ensure that the material specifications, their certifications and handling & storage conditions are communicated at the time of material handover.
We have also invested in the highest quality packaging material and use international logistics partners to service you. While all possible precautions have been taken to deliver the required product/s, there may be some rare situations when our product does not meet your requirements. In these situations, we expect you to raise a complaint and we will endeavour to address the same on a priority basis, failing which, we will either replace your product/s or issue a refund/credit note, as the case be.
However, you need to ensure that this complaint is raised within 45 days of products at your end. While we will always support you by addressing your complaint even after 45 days, we will not be able to issue a refund or credit note for the same. Looking forward to your continued support.
