(3R)-3,6-Dihydro-2H-1,4-thiazine-3,5-dicarboxylic Acid 3-Ethyl Ester is a cell-permeable synthetic derivative that promotes neurogenesis and reduces neurotoxicity of microglia-conditioned medium and has been tested as a treatment for multiple sclerosis in mice with promising findings."
