1-[4-(2-(Azepan-1-yl)ethoxy)benzyl]-5-(benzyloxy)-2-(4-(benzyloxy)phenyl)-3-methyl-1H-indole-d4 is an intermediate in the synthesis of Bazedoxifene-d4 (B129247). Bazedoxifene-d4 is a labeled nonsteroidal selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). Bazedoxifene is used as an antiosteoporotic.
