Zofenoprilat-d5 usage and description
Zofenoprilat D5 is a deuterated form of Zofenoprilat, which is a potent angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor used for the treatment of hypertension. The deuterated form of Zofenoprilat is used in clinical studies as an internal standard for quantification of Zofenoprilat in human plasma and urine samples.
Zofenoprilat D5 has a molecular formula of C12H6D5N2O3S2 and a molecular weight of 319.43 g/mol. It is a white to off-white powder that is soluble in water and methanol but insoluble in organic solvents like ethyl acetate and chloroform.
