Refund Policy

We are committed to offering products of the highest quality in order to meet the needs of our customers, and have elaborate systems in place to ensure that material specifications, their certification and all handling and storage conditions are communicated at the time of material handover.

While all possible precautions have been taken to deliver the required product(s), there may be some rare situations when our product does not meet your requirements. Should that arise, please contact us with your concerns and we will endeavour to address them on a priority basis. If there is no other option, we will either replace your product(s) or issue a refund or account credit, whichever you prefer.

If there is an issue with one or more of our products, our policy is that it must be reported to us within 45 days of your receiving shipment. While we will always address product issues after the 45 day return window has passed, we cannot issue a refund or account credit. As always, we appreciate your support.
