"cis-Vitamin K2-d7 is the isotope labelled analog of cis-Vitamin K2 (V676135); the 2Z-isomer of Vitamin K2 (M218595) which is also known as Menaquinone 4 or Menatetrenone. Studies show that Menatetrenone derivatives are useful antiarteriosclerotic agents and that laser excitation can successfully convert cis-Vitamin K2 into trans-Vitamin K2, which is widely used as a hemostatic."
