Tri-POC Tenofovir Dimer is a dimer of Tenofovir Disoproxil , an acyclic phosphonate nucleotide analogue; reverse transcriptase inhibitor. Used as an anti-HIV agent. Antiviral. It is also used in the preparation of phosphocitrate for the treatment of rheumatoid and osteoarthritis in the elderly.
