"N-Acetyl-3-[(3-amino-3-oxopropyl)sulfinyl]-L-alanine-d3 is an isotope labelled analog of N-Acetyl-3-[(3-amino-3-oxopropyl)sulfinyl]-L-alanine. N-Acetyl-3-[(3-amino-3-oxopropyl)sulfinyl]-L-alanine is a urinary metabolite of Acrylamide (A191300); a carcinogenic compound that is formed during the processing of food (1,2). Acrylamide is also used in the manufacturing of polyacrylamide and grouting agents (1)."
