Overview
Ara-G-13C,15N2 is the labelled analogue of Ara-G (38819-10-2 #CAS), which is an inducer of apoptosis, inhibitor of DNA synthesis, an antimetabolite, and antineoplastic. It also has been used in the design of anti-leukemic drugs with incorporation of silicone into nelabrine.
